Today is...

8 years since my car accident. Who would ever think that something that happened that long ago would still have an effect on my day to day life. Although it did teach me the best lesson I have learnt in life - If you can learn from a negative situation then you actually turn it in to something which is positive and worthwhile and therefore no longer a negative situation. I wouldn't want to go through the experience again, but I'm glad it happened.
